Boa Noite Maputo, which means Good Night Maputo, is my personal discovery through the Maputo night life. A city that I am found of.
It aims to show fragmented cinematic pieces of what took my attention during the night time of this bustling African capital city I have already visited a few times over the years.
I tried to avoid the usual Africa´s visual clichés but it was not easy since my attention is still called by the exotic differences.
Anyway I paid special attention about my representation of the people; so I asked myself twice if my vision empowered, weaken or was neutral to the person in my pictures.
